In recent years Compeer has looked into the issues and obstacles associated with wealth management outsourcing and found that while advantages can be achieved, a relatively small percentage of firms take the decision to outsource major aspects of their business. This year Compeer has decided to take a different approach, looking specifically at how outsourcing can improve the client experience. Outsourcing is often associated with back and middle office enhancements, but how does this relate to one of the most important pieces of the jigsaw: the client themselves?
