Optimising the Front Office

The front office provides the driving force behind any wealth management firm and so it is vital for it to be operating at optimum efficiency. Over £2.3bn was spent on front office departments alone in 2014, amounting to 57.5% of all costs, highlighting its significant importance.

ComPeer are delighted to invite you to the unveiling of some of the key features of a successful front office setup in our first ever conference designed specifically for this department.

We will draw from our extensive database, from over 20 years of benchmarking these firms, and connections with industry experts to discuss such topics as the link between revenue generation and remuneration, performance versus winning new business, the value of support, client communication and service, system selection and implementation and much more.
