Dan Macey – Senior Recruiter – Parkwell

Dan has a wealth of experience in private banking search and selection. He has recruited for many of the world’s leading banks as well as smaller institutions and family offices in the UK, Europe and emerging markets. Dan heads up Suffolk Lane Search and is responsible for developing new business while maintaining existing relationships with key clients.

Prash Arora – Senior Consultant – Parkwell

Prash is a senior consultant at Parkwell with over 10 years search experience focusing on mid to senior level appointments within wealth and asset management, including Private Banks and Hedge Funds. Prash is CFA qualified and began his career in asset management in Edinburgh before moving to the City as a Fund Manager covering European equities and structured products for institutional clients.

James Brown – Head of Client Services – Compeer

James joined Compeer in October 2006 as an analyst following his graduation from The University of Warwick, where he studied Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics.  Today he manages Compeer’s team of analysts.

He has widely presented key trends in the UK Wealth Management Industry, with in-depth experience of providing statistical analysis of firms’ business performance. He regularly provides recommendations during presentations to Executive boards and is actively involved in bespoke research projects.

Melanie Stancliffe – Partner – Cripps Pemberton Greenish

Melanie Stancliffe, is a partner in Cripps Pemberton Greenish’s employment team and is ranked as an expert in legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. With over 21 years’ experience, Melanie advises businesses, senior executives, employees and the self-employed on a range of employment matters including restrictive covenants, terminations, boardroom disputes and high value tribunal claims.  She advises clients regularly about the implications of team moves in the financial services, technology, and retail sectors.

Hugo Hunt – Senior Consultant – Parkwell

Hugo initially qualified as a teacher, working in central London for 2 years before changing career path, moving into the recruitment industry.

He has subsequently worked in the industry for the past 30 years, covering a variety of sectors on a contingent and search basis. Since 2005, his focus has been squarely on search in the wider Investment Management sector, with a particular emphasis on regulatory and governance hiring. Most recently he has become further involved in the specifics of the Wealth Management and Private Banking sectors.
