Clients’ View 2022: Planning – post pandemic

In previous years our Clients’ View event has shown a strong demand for financial planning from affluent and high net worth investors, and often they wish for these services to be provided by the same firm that offers ongoing discretionary management. However, many of these individuals will have seen radical changes to the lives as the nation was struck down by COVID-19 and market volatility sky-rocketed.

So how are investors feeling in a post-pandemic environment, is financial planning still high on their agenda and are we seeing changes to investment objectives? Firms certainly seem to think there will be a rise in the demand for planning services as they continue to expand their planning divisions, but is this a sensible investment?

Compeer’s annual survey of 500 end investors will go some way to answer these questions and more and we invite you to find out these results at our upcoming event.
