Webinar: Building diversity in the wealth industry

All wealth management firms now consider diversity & inclusion (D&I) as a core part of their people strategy and in turn are thinking about how it applies to their overall recruitment & retention strategy. However, the industry needs to accelerate the pace at which they respond to the country’s diversity and this will become increasingly important as firms consider their future client base.

Individuals, particularly Millennials, want to work in an environment that promotes D&I and clients will expect to deal with more diverse wealth managers in the future. The industry cannot risk being left behind.

In light of this, Parkwell Management Consultants will be hosting a webinar on the topic where we will be looking at the key aspects to consider in your employment strategies. We will hear from senior employment executives and include a panel discussion with industry leaders. With D&I also increasingly becoming a focus for the regulatory bodies, all wealth management firms must now take these issues seriously. Join us on 9th December where we will address these issues and explore how you can have D&I at the centre of your employment engagement and talent management strategies.
